This weekend some very lovely lady friends of mine came for a visit.
.. and I made one of them a dress... short and sweet I know.

I got really caught up in the creative process so I didn't manage to take very
many pictures of what happened from start to finish.

The pattern used was McCalls 5953 from 1961.
bringing back the 60's :)

OMG! i want one!!! that dress is sooo me! I have HAVE to go get that pattern!
It was really one of the easier dresses I've made. Nothing extremely fancy about it.. except for the person wearing it of course!!
I'll take orders!
